Trina Gibbins Photography bio picture

Trina Gibbins

daughter, oldest girl of 6 kids, best friend, goofy, l can make people smile, sincere, wife, mom of 3 great kidos, dancer (not very good, though), silly, talkative, helpful, creative, love University of Oklahoma sports, loves to try new things, thoughtful....

I don't like to talk about myself so I put down things that others have said about me.  I love what I do and I love continuing to better myself and trying new ideas in photography.  I hope to keep this blog updated.  This is where you will find sneak peeks for your sessions, random thoughts that I might have and sometimes even specials that I might be running. I am always in need of people to try out new locations for me.  My kids won't cooperate anymore.

So grab a cup of coffee or tea, sit back and enjoy the site.  I hope you find something here that makes you have a happy day!  I look forward to hearing your comments.

Thanks for stopping by,

Trina

Nine months, a funky hat and a crazy rug!

The title pretty much sums it up.  I went to her house and we were looking for places to take pictures.  I hadn’t been there in nine months and I walked into their livingroom and there was a NEW piece of art.  I loved it.  It would work for what we needed to do.  The...

The best dog ever!!!! He even made eye contact when you wanted him to look at the camera!
I passed by a used furniture store on the way to this session, bought the chair, threw it in the back of my car and off I went.  I know they thought I was nuts….
I did manage to...

Meet Lilly…

Happy Fourth of July!
I always get teary eyed on the fourth.  I think of how my granddaddy’s fought and how they must have felt celebrating the Fourth of July.  They were both in World War II.  It’s amazing to think of all of the things they went through in life.  They are both in a...

They are One…

This is the second of many pictures I captured of these two!  It was fun.  We had the one year old session the day before the party and then I went to the party.  More of those to come soon…

He is a thumb sucker!  I can relate.  I have a six year old who still sneaks to suck his thumb.  However, we did manage to get a few without his thumb.  Look at that cute smile.  He is a year old now!  I am taking a lot of my newborns year pictures in the...

Senior week…

Happy April’s Fools Day!

I am loving this week.  It’s a fun change to throw in some seniors now and then.  I have mom’s cry when their babies are turning one and then I have them cry when they are taking senior pictures.  The bad thing is I cry with them!!! I am such a crier!...

Another great sneak peek…

This was a WINDY session.  You never know what you are going to get with the weather around here.  Yesterday was 80 degrees and tomorrow it might SNOW!  They were troopers, including the grandparents.  We walked all over the place and no one complained (at least out loud)!
Later that night, I found out that...
